Belinda Smit joins Kandor Solutions as the HCM Practice Lead, bringing over 20 years of industry experience across HR Technology, Project and Change Management, and HR Transformation.
Also known as “Be,” she has been working with Kandor customers for 2 years and has a deep understanding of the our brand.
Be will be leading our Advisory practice, overseeing the quality of our consulting services, and innovating our service offerings for our clients, among other things.
Below is a brief introduction to Be in her own words:
“Proudly South African, I came to the UK 19 years ago and found my spark in HR Technology. I had my first exposure to HR systems testing within Oracle and once I found my feet, I was absolutely hooked.
Since then I've dove into almost every people system and vertical I could, from data and integrations to process and change management.
My Workday journey began 8 years ago when I stumbled across my first big end-to-end Workday implementation in the FMCA industry. Since then I have been involved in over 15 Global HR systems implementations, across Pharmaceuticals, Manufacturing, E-Commerce, Mining and Energy Sectors.
I absolutely thrive on digging into HR technology and operational excellence. I love to think critically and solve the most complex HCM problems for the enterprise, and I’m deeply passionate about system design, change management, turnarounds, strategically fixing the root of problems, and delivering operational strategy.
After 2 years of working with Kandor as a contractor, I’m so excited to take on a permanent role as the HCM Practice Lead. We have a great vision and roadmap to enable our customers to uplevel their Workday tenants and bring best-in-class, client-side advisory and consulting to the Workday ecosystem.
When I am not conquering the world of HR Tech, I love exploring castle ruins in isolated locations and trying new undiscovered coffee shops with my pups.”
