Tracey Sullivan joins Kandor Solutions as the Head of Talent Acquisition, bringing 12 years of industry experience across Tech, Consulting, and Agency Recruitment. Tracey spent the last 10 years at Google building out teams and internal recruitment processes across Cloud, Finance, and BizOps segments, managing stakeholder groups from Director to VP Level.

Tracey joins Kandor with excitement and enthusiasm to build the top 1% of Workday talent marketplace globally to give back to the ecosystem and our customer base.  She believes that with her depth of experience in Staffing and Seena’s depth of knowledge in Workday, we can fundamentally disrupt the Staffing space in the Workday ecosystem for the better.

Tracey is known for her ability to mentor and coach hiring managers, executives, and talent professionals on navigating their careers, building their personal brands, and building their internal teams.  Most importantly, Tracey values and prioritizes an inclusive hiring approach.  

When she’s not working, she loves spending time with her family, traveling, interior design projects, and yoga.
