Our training program is designed to fast-track your internal project team through key learnings and insights about the Workday Platform and Launch methodology. This training continuum will enable your internal team to Design their Perfect Workday. It can replace the long hours of required Workday training and get you there at the speed of Kandor.
Workshops
Implementation Workshops will help you see around corners at each stage of implementation, go-live, stabilization, and life after go-live. It’s important to understand the common do’s and don'ts at each stage so that you can have the time to plan accordingly with your internal team.
Plan & Prepare: Project Management Office
Client-Side project planning and management is critical to a successful Workday rollout. We’ll advise you in key focus areas for your internal PMO and project team and share best-practices with the Workday Launch methodology.
