About this assessment

Do I have to give you my email to see my score?
No. Your score, your risk level for each category, and every action plan appear immediately, and nothing is submitted anywhere, the answers stay in your browser. The email is only if you want the PDF version to share with your team.
Why does answering "yes" count against me?
Every statement describes a risk, so ticking one means you have it. A low score is the good outcome. It is the inverse of a readiness score, which is deliberate. It is easier to be honest about a specific risk than to rate your own readiness.
When should we take this?
Most usefully before design locks, when the answers can still change the plan. It also works mid-implementation as a checkpoint, and after a difficult go-live as a way of working out which of the five is actually generating your backlog.
How accurate is it?
It is a directional self-assessment for discussion, not a scientific benchmark. It is designed to tell you which of the five common failure patterns is present in your program and in what order to address them, not to audit your tenant.
What happens if I score 13 or above?
Nothing automatic. Thirteen is the point at which the risks usually stop being independent of one another, so the useful next step is a conversation about sequencing rather than a longer to-do list. There is no obligation attached to that.
